Refund policy

Returns

We want to make sure you love and enjoy your product but for the off-chance that you don’t, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You can now request and manage returns from your account. Just enter your email on the Account page and we’ll send you a login link. 


Alternatively, please contact us through our Contact page to arrange a return and refund on your purchase. You can also email us at info@badmystic.com with your order number, full name and information on the items being returned.

Refunds are processed excluding the shipping costs paid, and please note that the shipping cost for returning an order for a refund is at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide our address for you to send the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Earrings are not accepted for returns for hygiene purposes.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be requested to be cancelled prior to ordering processing. Please note this request is not always possible if the order has already been processed or if the request is received after the shipment of the package. The refund will be processed excluding a processing fee (which is a fee we pay to the payment gateway), this will not apply to orders made by Klarna or Clearpay.
