Shipping Information

Please allow 1-3 working days (non-sale periods) & up to 7 working days (busy sale periods) for your order to be shipped by our team.

Please then allow up to 10 working days (UK standard) and up to 20 working days (international) to receive your order.

Delays are currently likely due to longer transit times with Royal Mail due to strike action and a higher volume of parcels in their system, particularly affecting international shipping. This may vary our standard shipping times.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive before contacting us as shipping times may vary due to the customs clearance process and periodic strike action.

Please note that this excludes any processing/handling times.

Please take the estimated shipping times into consideration before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
